Tifaine Maier has over a decade of experience in the veterinary field. Her career experience includes leading, recruiting, and building teams of various sizes for multiple practices across the United States. Her career in the veterinary field officially started at an emergency animal hospital where she gained invaluable experience, in every department, before taking on the responsibility of coordinating and overseeing office administration procedures. Her recruiting career took off when she took on the role of Vice President at a recruiting company, helping grow the business with clinics across the United States.

In her role as chief executive officer, Tifaine leads the development of new practice partnerships, leads the team in operations, company growth, and candidate development, while continuing to create a positive, employee-focused culture.
In addition to leading Veterinary Staffing Pros, Tifaine volunteers her time to animal rescue organizations and loves spending time with her family. She founded an on-campus RSO, while attending the University of Nebraska at Lincoln (go Huskers), giving college students an opportunity to volunteer their time with rescue animals.
Lindsey Cunningham
COO | Co-Founder
Lindsey Cunningham has over a decade of experience in the veterinary world and has worked in several states across the U.S. including OH, WV, TX, CA, and WA. Over the years she has made great connections and was able to gain invaluable experience training in all departments until she found one of her passions—becoming a veterinary technician. Lindsey loved being able to connect with pet parents and her colleagues and treat patients. When a new opportunity for recruiting veterinary professionals arose, Lindsey knew it was the right choice for her. She would be able to bridge the gap between two things she loved doing, networking and animals! Lindsey now has half of a decade of recruiting experience connecting candidates to their “unicorn” careers while forming long-lasting relationships.

Lindsey attended West Point Military Academy and West Liberty University where she played collegiate basketball. Off the court, she spent her time volunteering and fostering at various animal rescues. When she wasn’t playing basketball or volunteering Lindsey spent her time completing marketing projects for the University and various small businesses. She applies the knowledge and skills she obtained at the University to market the clinics Veterinary Staffing Pros partners with!
In addition to working at Veterinary Staffing Pros, Lindsey enjoys spending time with her family, hiking, exploring Washington, and hanging out with her “small petting zoo” of eight pets! She continues her passion for animals through fostering and rescue work and has dreams of one day starting her own animal sanctuary.
Shanan Estrada
Veterinary Recruiter
Shanan started her career in the veterinary field over ten years ago. Her expertise involves leadership in customer relations, providing compassionate support for grieving families, and most recently assisting future veterinarians with their career paths through nationwide marketing and networking.
She grew from a veterinary technician into team leadership through constant involvement in the companies she was part of, which helped her learn, apply, and successfully create a personalized relationship with her clients and peers resulting in growth for both the company and its recruits.

As a Veterinary Recruiter for VSP, Shanan provides a liaison between veterinary professionals seeking placement, and the corresponding practices in need of new talent by creating a channel of communication between both parties through direct contacts and personal connections.
Furthermore, Shanan is a devoted “cat mom” of four who loves to spend time with her family. She enjoys outdoor activities, practicing yoga, and traveling. As an animal advocate, she feels fortunate to be involved in a career that focuses on quality of life for both pets and the humans that take care of them.
Dr. Rachel Wiesen

Dr. Rachel Wiesen did her undergraduate studies at Murray State University. She went on to graduate with her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine. Dr. Rachel loves working with clients and their pets to provide the best possible care. She has a special interest in pain management, rehabilitation, ultrasound, and fear-free vet care. When Dr. Rachel isn’t at work she enjoys camping, hiking, and gardening.

In addition to working at VSP, Brooke enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters, singing, traveling, riding side by sides, and crafting. She has 2 dogs and 14 chickens that help to keep her busy!
